The Media Relations department is available to assist members of the news media with news-related requests they have about Pioneer Services. We recognize that members of the media have deadlines and we will do all we can to meet your needs. We do ask that members of the media also assist by adhering to a few simple guidelines:
- Our media relations team is designated to respond to all reporter inquiries. Please contact our media relations department at our headquarters for any media needs.
- Associates in Pioneer Services offices are not designated as media spokespeople unless authorized by the media relations department. Please contact the media relations department at our headquarters for all media inquiries.
- All videotaping and photography of Pioneer Services offices must first be authorized by the media relations department. If you would like to enter an office for video footage, sound bites, or photos, please contact the media relations department at our headquarters for assistance.
- Pioneer Services is committed to our customer’s privacy. Before videotaping, taking photos, or interviewing a customer, we ask that you first obtain permission from that individual.
