Montgomery GI Bill
This bill provides military service members education benefits for up to 36 months.
Use this benefit for:
- Degree and certificate programs
- Flight training
- Apprenticeships
- On-the-job training
- Correspondence courses
To qualify you must:
- Contribute $100 a month for one year (total of $1200)
- Complete two years active duty with an honorable discharge
Submit form 22-1990 as soon as you qualify.

The VA Home Loan
The Veterans Administration offers this loan to veterans.
- Guarantees a loan up to $240,000
- Veterans can buy a home with no money down
Eligibility:
- 90 days or more, any part of which occurred during wartime
- 181 continuous days during peacetime
- Discharged under conditions other than dishonorable
